Can I return my order?
Well, here's the deal—we sell underwear, and for hygiene reasons, we can't
accept returns unless the items are faulty or damaged. We’re super proud of the
quality of our undies (we hand pack each order with care), and we take every
step to ensure they meet the highest standards. But if you find something’s
amiss, don't worry! Check out the “I think my order might be faulty, what
should I do?” section below.
I think my order might be faulty, what should I do?
If you happen to receive a faulty or damaged pair of undies, we’ve got you
covered. We’ll offer a replacement (if we’ve got them in stock), a store
credit, or a full refund of the purchase amount (minus any shipping costs), as
long as you return the item within 14 days and provide proof of purchase.
To get the ball rolling, shoot us an email at hello@notoe.com.au. Once we
confirm the undies are faulty or damaged, we’ll help with the return process
and get you a replacement, credit or refund. For hygiene reasons, please return
the undies unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags/labels
attached. No funny business!
How long will my return take?
We handle returns as quickly as we can, but it might take a couple of days.

Shipping Policy
Alright, folks – we get it. You’ve found the
perfect undies that keep you comfy and confident, and you want them yesterday. But
alas, the shipping gods have their own timeline.
Shipping Method:
We promise to dispatch your undies within 2
business days from our Brisbane, Queensland HQ. Pick your poison: Standard (because
good things take time) or Express (for those "I need these
yesterday" emergencies). We'll pack your undies with all of the love they
deserve, and send them out faster than you can say, "Hoo-ha!"
Once They Leave the Nest:
Our magical undies are independent types. Once they
fly out the door, they're in the capable hands of Australia Post. Just think of
it like they’re off on a journey to get ready for their debut! We’re here to
cheer them on, but we can’t exactly control the twists and turns along the way.
Tracking:
We’ll keep you updated with a tracking number, so
you can watch your undies’ journey unfold in real time. If there’s a bump along
the way, don’t hesitate to reach out to Australia Post—they’re our trusty
sidekicks on this mission and pros at handling any questions that pop up.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Not yet! For now, NOTOE is Australia-only. We know,
it’s a bummer for our fans abroad, but we hope to make our way to your doorstep
soon. Hang tight, and we’ll be there before you know it!
Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
Changing an Order: Once you hit "Place Order,"
we get to work prepping those undies for action. With so many orders coming in,
we can’t add or change anything once it’s submitted.
Cancelling an Order: Because we’re all about speed,
cancellations aren’t possible after you’ve placed an order. But if a major hump
comes up, check out our returns policy.
